Meet the mischievous Mr. Scraggles!

Mr. Scraggles a.k.a. Boris is straight from the streets. Looking at his scuffed up face you can tell he has lived a life of survival. He is very outgoing and extremely friendly. Literally the day we picked him up on the way to NEKO, he had broke out of his cage and was exploring the car, he is always down for an adventure. He has cheeks to die for and loves to sleep in awkward positions.. He has tested positive for FeLV.
